Love is in the air!  Valentine's Day is right around the corner and LaKisha Harris is showing you an affordable and delicious way to celebrate the occasion with a seafood delight of a meal!  

LaKisha is the head of Soul Filled Catering and Private Chef Services and she contributes here regularly to show you some incredible recipes that are easier to make than you might think and she also gives you the secrets of where to source the products you need to make them on the cheap without missing an ounce of the incredible flavor!  LaKisha is also VERY famous for bringing in other local culinary experts to show off the goods, but this time she's flying solo, so it's a masters class with just you and Lakisha.

Chef LaKisha’s Seafood Alfredo

Ingredients

Home style Fettuccine Pasta
2 Salmon Mignon
3 lbs Fresh or Frozen Mussels
1 jar Alfredo Sauce
1/2 cup Garlic Parmesan Sauce (BW3)
1 cup Fresh Spinach
1 cup Mushrooms
1 crown Broccoli
1 stock Salted Butter
Old Bay Seasoning to taste
Cherry Tomatoes (garnish)
Fresh shredded Parmesan (garnish)

Add pasta to salted boiling water

Add butter to skillet, lightly season Salmon Filets and sear on both sides. Lower heat, add mussels

In separate pot add spinach, mushrooms, Alfredo sauce and Garlic Parmesan sauce Simmer on low.

For playing add Pasta to plate, top with shredded Parmesan. Ladle Alfredo Sauce. Top with Salmon Filets and muscles. Lightly dust with old bay seasoning and garnish with cherry tomatoes
