Paranormal Muskegon likes nothing better than stories and accounts of anything mysterious, bizarre, or unknown. That being said; anytime we can also shed some light on things that in times past that would have been thought of as evil or taboo, or just plan nonsense; like astrology, tarot, or alternative and complementary health methods and techniques, we welcome the chance. This week we had the pleasure of speaking with Hannah Johnson, owner of Total Transcendence, LLC and The Soul Shop.
Hannah is also a Metaphysical Practitioner, or as she puts it; an Internal Transformation Coach. She started her journey as a massage therapist but felt very strongly that she had many more gifts to bring to the world; so began on a path of self-discovery and metaphysical healing journey. This journey included formal training in Metaphysics and Hannah soon earned her degree in Metaphysics degree. These in-depth studies included holistic, metaphysical, transcendent, esoteric, transpersonal, physical, psychological, yogic, and mystical classes through the International Metaphysical Ministry founded by Dr. Paul Leon Masters. Hannah began her quest into self-discovery and healing after having experienced many forms of trauma. She says it has taken a lot of courage and inner strength to face her past and heal. After gaining the courage and strength to heal the inner child, speak out, and set healthy boundaries; she set out to help others do the same and soon founded Total Transcendence. Total Transcendence offers spiritual coaching, inner child healing. They offer both one-on-one as well as group coaching. These sessions focus on healing the past and moving forward, using a variety of methods such as personalized meditations and workbook exercises and others.
Hannah specializes in healing methods for inner child trauma using a variety of modalities, such as Emotional Freedom Technique and Thought Field Therapy Tapping, dream interpretation, tarot, birth charts, art Therapy, and massage. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Thought Field Therapy (TFT) tapping are techniques designed to alleviate problems such as anxiety, addictions, depression or pain. Hannah says she has “dedicated my life path to helping those who wish to transform their lives and become the best version of themselves.” As an ordained minister, Hannah also performs soul immersions (similar to baptisms) and weddings. The Soul Shop carries a line of holistic chemical products that serve as alternatives to many of the chemical-filled products on the market today. Hannah strives to instill the importance of a healthy lifestyle and feels this begins with the body and what goes into it.
Total Transcendence and The Soul Shop will be having a Fall Expo Saturday, November 19, from 2:00-8:00 at Hickory Events Center, 17011 Hickory Avenue, Spring Lake. Admission is free, so be sure to stop out/ Whether you are well-versed in all things metaphysical or holistic or a complete newbie; there will be lots of different venders including; yoga, Reiki, tarot, massage, art therapy, a book signing, food venders and plenty of holistic and natural products. Try some yoga, get a tarot reading or a massage, or buy a crystal or two. Even if you come just soak up the positive energy and food from the food venders; it’s sure to be a good time.
Hannah says it is her dream is to “create an entire wellness center dedicated to healing the body, mind, and soul while bringing balance to these areas.” After meeting Hannah, I could see that she is dedicated to this purpose; and with her wide range of metaphysical and spiritual knowledge and skills, very positive and enthusiastic energy; she will no doubt achieve that dream.
