Episode 108!  Becky wants to spice things up and keep them interesting, so.... she's busting out a barbell to show you some different techniques to keep your body guessing and keep you interested in what you're doing in the Dog Days of Summer!  

It's a matter of motivation on a couple levels.  Your personal motivation, yes...people get bored with their work out's and it often leads to apathy, which in turn leads back to bad habits and things that got you to were.  Second...muscle motivation.  Yes, even your muscles get used to routine and there are times when they need a little wake up call and "switcheroo" to help things keep moving!  

As always, please don't begin this or any work out without consulting your physician.  Warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water!
