We had a great time at Ross Park over the last few weeks, but as the holiday weekend is upon us we head back to The Gym on the 4 Corners in North Muskegon to start to get ready for Fall but keep you moving and in the tip top condition you've worked hard to get to. This week, we're in the exercise room. You get the sights and sounds of the weights banging, the sweat pouring and of course Becky keeping the beat showing you some great steps, with minimal investment if you need to work out at home, or if you are heading to a place to work out...you'll know how to blend in quickly and get right to it! Of course, if you're in search of a place to work out...of course we'd recommend The Gym! Locally owned and operated and designed to be comfortable and welcoming. It's a great place where a lot more than good health comes out....good community is part of their results too.
