It's not about how many gadgets you have or any of that, so don't feel that it's a competition to run out and get some of the stuff you see. You can use a bottom step at your house...you could grab anything that would add a little resistance...it's all about just getting started and getting going.
Of course, like any Certified Personal Trainer, Becky wants you to make sure you've seen a doctor to make sure you are healthy enough to begin this or any other workout program. You also need to warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water!
