Pleasantries aside....time to get to it! Becky is busting out the TRX straps and the BOSU ball and amping things up a little. Last week, if you recall, you had the 3 minutes of laying in your back and breathing in the quiet thing....ya....that was then. Today, you're back up to full speed and finishing 2019 strong and heading in to 2020 even stronger!
