Today, some simple tools are in the mix.  You'll need a dumbbell and a Bosu Ball.  If you don't have a Bosu Ball, you can manage without that.  With this, or any exercise program, please consult a physician before you begin.  Also, remember to warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water!  Here comes episode 130 of Fit and Healthy With Becky on the Muskegon Channel!!
