Spring!!  It's right around the corner.  This week, it's a sunshine filled forecast and of and around Muskegon...we have a mantra!  "Sun's out....Guns out"!!  We're talking about those arms of yours and Becky is here with episode 136 of Fit and Healthy With Becky to help you get those wings toned up and a few other areas too! 


Last week we worked on proper stretching, which of course is a bog part of all we're going here too!!  Everything Becky does...warm up, stretch out and make sure you consult a physician before you begin this or any workout program.  Hey, you're important to us!  We want to make sure you're around for a while and we also want you to graduate on up to taking things to the next level!

Becky offers both group settings and one on one training for those who want to step it up!  What you see here on the Muskegon's a great bunch of basics and you can certianly achieve some fitness goals but in any endeavor, you'll hit plateaus and to have Becky on your're in good hands!
