Who'd have thought that you'd show up for this weeks episode of Fit and Healthy With Becky and be invited to pull up a chair and get comfortable? Well, Becky is a Certified Personal Trainer and her certification is for EVERYONE, and that includes those who might have a hard time getting up and jumping around, or doing some of the more extreme movements you see here weekly on Fit and Healthy. Yes, this week, Becky's custom tailored a work out for the senior citizens!
An active lifestyle is attainable for anyone, no matter the skill level or age. Today, you don't even have to leave a chair to get moving. A pair of dumbbells is helpful, but not required. You'll notice Becky's snappy sweater too. Again, not a requirement just a nice touch. She can sure customize anything for an audience.
Warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of fluids. Always consult a doctor before beginning this or any workout program!!
