Yep - We've gotta go back a few episodes for a while as we're doing out part to observe the "stay home, stay safe" orders.  Not much of what we'd hoped for, but it is what is is and since it's been 140 weeks without a "best of" well, we can all give a little.  It's been a while since you've seen this one, so we're pretty sure you're gonna think it's brand new!

 

It's important to keep a routine now a days.  Things as different as they are while we ride it out, keep your physical activity up.  Keep your diet good and make sure that you're getting your regular sleep schedule in.  

As for today, it's a Monday and it's what you make of it.  Get out your BOSU ball.  Warm up, stretch out...drink plenty of water and make sure you check with a doctor before you begin this or any other workout program....it's a revisit to episode 130 of Fit and Healthy With Becky on the Muskegon Channel.
