It's been a few weeks of reruns as we worked to follow the guidelines of safety for all and to observe social distancing practices.  While we still can't get to The Gym in North Muskegon to record our episodes, with Spring in the air and outdoor activities now being permitted a little more, Becky is back...safely outside on her own and we've got new episodes of Fit and Healthy With Becky for you!

If you've been around since the beginning, 140 episodes ago, you may remember she began things here on the Muskegon Channel with a workout called Tabata.  It's a burst, break, burst format where you do what you can for a set time, take a 10 second break and then switch to another physical activity.  It's a practice in cardio and strength!

Like any other workout, it's important to warm up, stretch out, drink plenty of water and always check with your doctor to make sure that you are ok for this, or any work out.

We are SO glad to be back with new episodes of Fit and Healthy With Becky, on the Muskegon Channel!

BOOM!!  Hope you're ready for next week!  Ya, she took it kind of easy on ya, it was only 4 of the normal 8 exercises that this workout includes. Guess what though?  Next week, she's coming at you with full guns blazing.  You better be ready!

Don't forget too, Becky also offers West Michigan Meal Prep.  Delicious, healthy food priced affordably and ready to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  If you'd like a hand with meal prep that won't break the bank and give you scrumptious and nutritious meals, click on the photo below to visit West Michigan Meal Prep.
