It's been a few weeks of reruns as we worked to follow the guidelines of safety for all and to observe social distancing practices. While we still can't get to The Gym in North Muskegon to record our episodes, with Spring in the air and outdoor activities now being permitted a little more, Becky is back...safely outside on her own and we've got new episodes of Fit and Healthy With Becky for you!
If you've been around since the beginning, 140 episodes ago, you may remember she began things here on the Muskegon Channel with a workout called Tabata. It's a burst, break, burst format where you do what you can for a set time, take a 10 second break and then switch to another physical activity. It's a practice in cardio and strength!
Like any other workout, it's important to warm up, stretch out, drink plenty of water and always check with your doctor to make sure that you are ok for this, or any work out.
