Last week, Becky eased you back in to the new workout routines with half of a normal Tabata routine. She was nice. Well, that was then. This week, it's full tilt on the full Tabata style workout and includes all 8 segments of activity, with the rest breaks in the middle!! Yes, she realizes that it's Monday morning and your weekend was spent under a blanket watching Netflix because it was cold out...but HOP TO IT!
You're going to need a dumbbell that suits your fitness level. Becky, she's going big. She's got a 25 pounder and she's pushing it hard in todays workout. Strength, cardio and some endurance is going on here. Along with a few of those bursts...comes a "shock" to the muscle groups and it kinda amplifies the effectiveness. She's a Certified Personal Trainer, she knows what she's doing!
Like any of Becky's workout's, make sure you warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water. If you are just getting into a workout routine, make sure you check with your doctor. Chances are you can check with them right through the phone or computer now a days!
