We're 143 episodes in, this much is true, but we're also back to were Becky first started for a few weeks with a workout style called Tabata.  It's a series of workouts that includes 8 bursts of activity with 10 second rest periods in between.  This week, you'll need nothing more than a burning desire to get it done.  No weights, no balance devices, just you!
