Tabata is been the go to since we've not been able to access The Gym in North Muskegon for a while. It's a process where you do 20 second bursts combined with 10 second rests. Simple as that. Easy to do and nothing more needed than your body weight.
We ask as always, make sure your Dr. says it's ok for you to begin this or any exercise program. Warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water, because here comes Episode 145!
