Welcome to another round!!  It's a new start, a familiar approach however that will keep you moving and active with the most basic of requirements!  We're working our way back to The Gym in North Muskegon just like anyone else during the times.  It's been difficult on all of us to maintain "normal" but Becky keeps on keeping on and outside at a safe social distance.  Won't be long, we'll be back to what we know, we promise!

For now, it's the Tabata format.  8 cycles through with 20 second bursts of work followed by 10 second respites!  it's designed to keep you motivated, keep your body guessing and build strength and cardio!  We're in the beautiful surroundings of Ross Park as well.  Norton Shores gets it's chance to shine and show off one of the most picturesque and multi-purpose parks in all of the county!

As always, please make sure you are ready for this or any other work out, check with a doctor first.  Drink plenty of water, warm up, stretch out and let 'er rip!  It's episode 146 of Fit and Healthy With Becky on The Muskegon Channel.
