It's an "easy" workout today.  Well, if you define "easy" by not needing anything more than what the Good Lord gave ya.  No weights, no gadgets just the desire to make sure that you're doing the best ya can with what ya got and Becky is here to show you how it's done.  

 

Balance and flexibility is the focus this week.  Designed to strengthen your core, your upper legs your arms a little...Becky is back in Ross Park and you'll be in some pretty dramatic moves.  Give them your best shot, some are pretty extreme and if you can't go quite as far as Becky, that's ok.  Remember, she's the Certified Personal Trainer...we're the ones all playing catch up!  :)

It's important too that you remember like always to warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water.  If you're just new to this or any workout program, consult a Dr. first, it's always best to be sure.  Here comes episode 148 of Fit and Healthy With Becky on the Muskegon Channel.
