We're still outside in stunning Ross Park for Fit and Healthy With Becky! If you got it, flaunt it and Ross Park in Norton Shores has all of it and then some. From the lush grassy areas to the lakeside beach and the well maintained facilities for sports and fitness, Ross Park is a spot of beauty and nature for everyone to enjoy.
Everyone is still waiting for the green light for gyms to re-open as well. It's a frustrating time for so many. We miss our home space The Gym in North Muskegon and the people there terribly, but we know too that staying physically fit and finding new ways to engage folks with methods and best practices is essential and to be able to get out and do it in the beautiful sun....we're on it.
Becky's got a couple of dumbbells today. Well, three if you count the guy behind the camera. She's picked 10 pound weight to add a little resistance to her work out, you can add more or less to yours depending on your fitness level. The reminder stands, drink plenty of water, warm up, stretch out and always ask a Dr. before you begin this or any workout program.
