Back to the beach we go at beautiful Ross Park in Norton Shores for Episode 151 of Fit and Healthy With Becky!  It's such a wonderful setting and the weather was perfect for the taping!  Of course, no matter the weather, Fit and Healthy With Becky is the perfect workout for you becasue you can do it anywhere!  If you have a mobile device or a computer, right there on your screen.  Got a Roku of Amazon Fire TV device?  Get the Muskegon Channel from your channel store for free and now you have it on your big screen.  You're in good company too...every week, there are hundreds who follow Becky and her workout's!

This week, you might want to grab a couple dumbbells that suit ya.  Your comfort and fitness level is all that's needed.  It's to add a little resistance to the full body workout she's got in store for ya.  She's using the Tabata time format again.  Short bursts of work followed by short transitions and rest.  20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest and transition.  You'll get the proper "pump-a-tude" as well as some great ways to isolate different areas that need the work and keep your body guessing what's coming next.

As with any workout program, you should consult a physician first to make sure you're ok to begin.  You should always drink plenty of fluids and warm up and stretch out too!!  It's a great day to get it done, so let's dispense with the writing and get to the working out.  Here comes Episode 151 of Fit and Healthy With Becky on The Muskegon Channel.

BAM!  Now back it up with some great nutrition that's affordable, ready for you to eat and made fresh every week at Kitchen 242 in Muskegon by Becky herself!  Check out Becky's "other job" as she's got West Michigan Meal Prep really chugging along and the menu changes weekly!  Delicious, convenient and ready for pick up or delivery every week!
