It's a new week and a new episode of Fit and Healthy With Becky on the Muskegon Channel! Every week Becky comes up with a new and engaging way to help you stay "fit and healthy" (kinda why we titled the program that) and she works hard to find ways that will keep you motivated, on track and excited about new offerings she comes up with.
This week, we're back at the beach at Ross Park and she's brought along a couple of items that can help you work on your overall well being. They are not necessarily required, but if you have a BOSU Ball and some dumbbells add them in and give yourself a little extra push when it comes to what you're putting in to your work out! What you put in, is what you get out....this is not a case of "less is more".
Like any exercise program, you'll want to make sure you've got the all clear from your doctor before you begin and you'll want to make sure that you are drinking plenty of water and warming up and stretching out!!
