TRX Straps! They could be considered amazing aids to your workout, they could be considered mid-evil torture devices. It's all in the eye of the beholder, but Becky show's you just how to get the best use out of them this week on the shores of Mona Lake as we visit Mona Lake Park in Muskegon Heights for a few weeks for Fit and Healthy With Becky!
Designed to be hooked to almost anything, the ideal height for a TRX anchor placement is about 6 feet up. If you are considering using one, make sure that you find a stud in your wall to hook it to as you will be utilizing this for resistance in leaning on it to increase your workout with your body weight. The straps are adjustable to fit anyone's height and you an interlace them to accommodate things like isolating one arm or leg in the process of your work out. They could be considered more of an advanced work out, but, you gotta start somewhere, right? If you don't have a TRX system, maybe try a sturdy belt or rope to see if this is a good fit for you.
