This week, we are back at Mona Lake Park in Muskegon Heights but we've shifted to the sand. The sand adds a little to the workout, maybe some balance techniques, a little give under the feet to add in some work? Hey, she's thought through it all. It's a Tabata style workout once again. 20 seconds on, 10 seconds of rest through 8 cycles of different motion. You'll be using all the parts you've been given so make sure that you're ready to get up, get down and get sweaty.
