Welcome to Monday and a new opportunity to shine! Becky is ready to roll at The Gym in North Muskegon on the 4 Corners and this week she's packing a step to add in a little variety and resistance. Becky's workout's are always planned to be accessible to just about any fitness level. If you are just starting out and don't have all of the stuff, that's ok. A step on your stairs will do just fine. If you are a little more advanced and have some of the equipment you see, great get to it! The important thing is...participation at any level. It's just as simple as moving.
Now, you might be sitting there thinking, "Great! A step! This will be good for my legs." You'd be right. BUT! Becky is going to give you the world tour of making the most out of a step. It's all about legs, arms, core and more as only Becky knows how to squeeze this much fitness out of 4 inch step. You'll always find ways to get more out of what you've got with Becky here, or with her group or individual sessions that are back up and running. She works out of The Gym in North Muskegon for some of the group activity and the one on one sessions are available in a variety of settings. You'll find a link below to Becky's website if you care to take it to the next level at any given point. You'll be glad you did and, you'll be supporting a great local small business, because Becky is a one woman fitness army!
As we always ask, make sure you warm up and stretch out. Make sure you drink plenty of water. Make sure you talk to you Dr. before you begin this or any workout program and saddle up buckaroo! It's Episode 180 of Fit and Healthy with Becky brought to you by Mercy Health on the Muskegon Channel.
Repeat as necessary! Fit and Healthy With Becky is a great way to begin or maintain a workout regimen and Becky is back every Monday with a new episode! As mentioned above, Becky is open to new clients for both group and personal training and getting a hold of her is a snap.
