It's beautiful new week on tap and Becky is ready to help get you toned up for Spring with a lower body workout this week.  We're at The Gym in North Muskegon and ready to reshape those legs, thigs and buttocks so when the swim suit season is finally upon us, all you'll have to really worry about is getting a nice healthy little tan on them and then strut your stuff all up and down the beach.  It's part of Becky's over all approach of making sure that from your head down to your toes, you're in the best shape you can muster and she's here to guide you every step of the way.

This week, Becky is adding a little resistance to the proceedings.  She's got some lighter weight dumbbells that she's using to help add a little extra to what you're doing.  Don't have dumbbells handy?  How about anything you can put in your hands that adds a little weight?  Don't have anything?  Hey, you've got your body and that's plenty too!  The important part is that you start, keep going, and don't quit.  If you are just beginning, and find it that sticking to it's difficult, start over tomorrow or the next day or the next!  Once it takes, you'll want more and you'll see in no time flat that it all seems normal, and you'll wonder too why you haven't been doing this all along.

Like any fitness program, please consult your Dr. before you begin.  Remember to warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water....here comes Fit and Healthy With Becky episode 182 brought to you by Mercy Health on the Muskegon Channel.

No one's calling you chicken legs now are they?  Helping get you in shape and stay in shape is what Becky is all about.  As a Certified Personal Trainer, Becky's life goal is the betterment of all through she does!  From proper nutrition to physical fitness, her years of experience can benefit you if you like to participate here, or if you'd like to take it to the next level, you can contact Becky through her site linked below to learn more about individual or group workouts as well as her experience in nutrition that can help you get the most from the physical activity!
