It's go time.  Happy Monday from Fit and Healthy on the Muskegon Channel and Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Mercy Health.  It's action filled!  It's packed with energy.  You'll be able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.  Ok, that might have gone a little over the top but we're into this show for 188 episodes for a reason...people are watching and getting fitter and healthier!

 

This week, you'll need a 10-15 pound dumbbell and Becky is going to show you how to make the most of it.  Don't stop and think you're getting off easy...no way, not in the plan.  You will get a little slower paced workout though with the Tabata format.  So, make sure you've consulted a Dr. before you begin.  Make sure you warm up, stretch out and drink lots of water....away we go with episode 188 of Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Mercy Health on the Muskegon Channel.
