It's a continuation of what has been called "Merciless May" on Fit and Healthy with Becky on the Muskegon Channel.  We're not sure just what sparked it or why Becky picked May to get you to tone up and get back to work, but she means business this month and this week, you're going to be rowing, kicking and doing all kinds of other things to make you sweat.  I wonder if she had a premonition about everything opening back up come July?  She's awesome and all that, but psychic?  Hmm?

 

Anyway, we're at The Gym on the 4 Corners in North Muskegon for this weeks work out and if you've got a weighted bar and something sturdy to kick great.  If you don't any old broom handle will do for some of this work out and you can get by kicking the air with the motion you'll see!  It's all in an effort for a stronger, healthier an better YOU!  So, warm up, stretch out and drink a lot of water...and of course, check with a Dr. before you begin this or any other work out program because here comes Fit and Healthy With Becky Episode 191, brought to you by Mercy Health on the Muskegon Channel.
