You made it through the holiday weekend and you might even have the day off!  What a glorious Summer so far and we hope that you are working to get back in the swing of it all post all things Covid and if you were one of the many who suffered the side effects known as the "Covid-15" you have come to the right place to work the extra pounds off and have some fun doing it in the privacy of your own home, in a group or as a shared experience across multiple platforms.  Yes, Fit and Healthy With Becky is here online, but you can also watch on the Muskegon Channel for Roku and Amazon Fire TV devices.  Becky's reach has grown to a national and international platform now thanks to modern technology and her good old fashioned hard work!

This week, Becky is busing out some steps to elevate the intensity of what's happening.  If you don't have the steps like you'll see in the video, that's ok.  A small bench, stairs in your house, or anything that will offer enough stability to help you get up a little higher will suffice just fine.  If you are not "inclined" to use a step or two for the added boost, that's perfectly fine too.  Becky's workout's are all designed for any fitness level and no matter where you are in the journey, you can easily adapt what's presented to custom fit your skill level.

Like any workout, please consult a physician before you begin.  We want to make sure you're in good enough shape.  Make sure you drink plenty of water, warm up, stretch out and let's get to it!  It's Fit and Healthy With Becky Episode 195, brought to you by Mercy Health on the Muskegon Channel.

Whoop there it is. You released some endorphins. You shook your booty.  You got up and got active and YOU are better for it!  Becky is here weekly with the "at home" version of her offerings, she's also on the look out for people to work one on one with or to work with in groups at The Gym in North Muskegon where we film.  It's an awesome exercise facility that encompasses all you need minus the hard sell and overblown atmosphere of the chains.  You should stop in for a look on the 4 Corners.  You can learn more about Becky and her personal training or group workouts by visiting her website linked below.
