Caitlin is still enjoying the new mom thing with baby number two at her house!  While she's taking what she needs, we're going back over a few of her previous lessons in the ancient art of yoga.  Hey, she's still the "new kid" here and while she's developed an amazingly strong following, some of her earlier episodes are buried a little deep on the page and they may have been missed by a lot of people so, bringing them back for another spin is a pretty easy thing for us to do and for YOU to see for the first time or a refresher.  We are strong believers in family first and we're super thankful that Caitlin is doing what she needs to do at home to make sure she's in good health to return and that the nest is feathered and everyone is happy. 

We're going to go back to Episode 16 this week with Caitlin on Tranquil Waves Yoga.  She's showing you some really beneficial techniques for a relaxing bedtime sequence.  Take a lesson or two from Caitlin on slowing things down a little, destressing your life and getting that sound night of sleep you long for with her help.  Here's a rewind to Episode 16 of Tranquil Waves Yoga on the Muskegon Channel.
