Welcome to a new week filled with chances for you to make a move beginning with moving that framework you've been carrying around a while to the beat of Becky's drum and take a jaunt into some Fit and Healthy moves to get yourself going! We're at The Gym in North Muskegon on the 4 Corners for today's episode and it's recommended that you have some dumbbells and a step bench to follow along. Of course, if you don't have a step bench, a stair will do and if you don't have dumbbells, well, grab something that weighs a little bit and use it. We like to keep things simple around here. Not for the fact that fitness isn't important, but for the fact that anyone could be coming in on their fitness journey, so adaptability to any of Becky's routines is possible.
She's been on a bench kick lately. You ever notice how for a few weeks she'll gravitate toward an appliance or two and then switch things up? All by design. One, to keep you from getting bored by the routine and two, to isolate different parts of your body to get them activated too. She's a smart one with that Certified Personal Trainer certificate on the wall. Physical wellness, nutrition, balance, all that stuff....that's Becky and while she's all of that, she also makes it seem fun and easy. If you've been here for a while, you know.
