Caitln is in the stage of really getting back to it. Following her on Facebook, she's beginning to set up meetings with people over digital media to begin some one on one sessions with in the next few weeks. It's a long road back from a baby when you're talking about twisting, squatting, bending and doing all the things yoga masters do. So incredibly worth it, but yes, it takes a minute to heal.
