Hope you enjoyed the holiday weekend off. But this whole Fit and Healthy With Becky thing isn't going away anytime soon. Becky is a dynamic and fun Certified Personal Trainer who's goal on the Muskegon Channel is simple. Send a little of her work out to everyone so that they can benefit from all she knows as well as maybe follow up if they like what they are getting and want to take things to the next level. She offers one on one training as well as group settings for her expertise in motion and we are anchored at The Gym in North Muskegon on the 4 Corners.
This week, Becky has nothing required but what the Good Lord gave ya. We're going to be working with your body weight and some balance routines. It's not a "gimmie" week by any stretch of the imagination, but you'll see that a good work out doesn't require much more than what ya got. Maybe just a little fine tuning on how to best use it!
