Episode 218 of Fit and Healthy With Becky is here to get your Monday morning moving with a little pep in your step and a little more energy flowing through your veins. Becky's weekly workout shows are brought to you by Mercy Health and designed for anyone from beginner to expert and meant to be done 3-4 times through per session. We keep the video short and to the point, but the work is on you and the repetition is key!
As we've been all month, Becky has a partner for a few weeks. Tina graciously agreed to be on camera with Becky. It's a very nice give on Tina's part for one reason. Becky is a Cetified Personal Trainer, right? She's the kind of person who's got the perfect form, the balabce and moves and shares them with everyone. Tina, is working with Becky to get there and showing you that you don't have to be "perfect" to benefit, you just gotta do it. Tina a a fun and gracious guest and she jumped right in at the chance to show by example that everyone can benefit from working out!
This week, some dumbbells and a bench are what you are going to need. Becky and Tina will show you the moves and how to make the most of them. It's important to make sure you're drinking plenty of water. Warm up and stretch out. Consult a physician before you begin this or any other workout program.
