Happy Monday! Up and at 'em and let's get right to it this week!! It's a great beginning to any week when you start with Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health on the Muskegon Channel!
We're on to week 2 of the featured workout's at the historic and beautiful Milwaukee Clipper which is berthed in Muskegon. The Milwaukee Clipper is steeped in history, in fact it's older than the Titanic and as this weeks episode is coming out, it's quite an occasion in and around Muskegon as the Captain or the Clipper, Bob Priefer is celebrating being almost as old as the ship he once commanded, as he's turning 100. We've really been enjoying the celebration of this Muskegon legend and we were honored to have him on as a guest on Muskegon Tonight Live.
Circle back to the talk show later, for now....it's time for some action!! Becky is utilizing dumbbells again this week and you'll notice maybe a little more focus on the lower parts of your body. Legs, rump and midsection. Some arm work for good measure is in there too and of course, it's always best to consult a Dr. before you being this, or any other workout program. Remember to drink plenty of water, warm up...stretch out and let's get it on!
It's episode 241 of Fit and Healthy with Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health on the Muskegon Channel.
Puh-POW! That's getting it done and after 2 or 3 more times through, you'll have completed the entire thing and have earned your medal today!! Hey, medal or not the idea is that you're rewarding yourself no matter where you are on the fitness journey. Beginning, intermediate or advanced Fit and Healthy With Becky is designed to bring you the basics and from there....you can take it as far as you like. Our many thanks to the Milwaukee Clipper for the amazing backdrop to film on, we've got a couple more weeks to come from there too. Make sure you check out their tours, open to the public Thursday-Sunday. It's a wonderful, nostalgic trip back to another time in travel.
