You survived the first week of Fit and Healthy with Becky on the Muskegon Channel!  In fact, we can see it from here......you look better and your improved outlook on life is being welcomed by those around you!  All it too was 4 minutes with Becky Biesieada!  

 

We're back with week 2, a few different exercises...a condinued 4 minute work out you can do once, twice or three times a day...go at your own pace and feel free to share with your friends!  It's a quick way to get your heart rate up and get your body moving!  Becky comes to you from The Gym on the 4 corners in North Muskegon..... let's get dow to business and get you Fit and Healthy With Becky!
