You're starting to show!! 8 weeks down and your work out's woth Becky have you feeling and looking a little better! Clothes are not quite as tight, getting up and down the steps is a little easier and your popularity at work has gone through the roof. Ok, the popularity thing might be a stretch, but you get the idea. Simple steps to a better you in about 4 minutes a day. You can go at your own pace, you can work the program more than once a day if you like and if you share this with friends....you'll all be a little better off!
Like any exercise program, please... consult your doctor and mke sure you warm up a little before you get going. Speaking of getting going.... let's do it!
