It's a year round endeavor you know, staying in shape.  The holidays seem to be a difficult time for most with all the extras around.  Great food, maybe some drinks with friends, sweet treats...indulgences you may not get in to every other time of the year.  Hey, it's all good...BUT....Becky will tell you, maintain the balance of what you put in, and what you put out energy wise when it comes to the holidays!

 

With that in mind, it's time foe the 12 sweaty minutes work out!  Yes, it's Christmas morning, but chances are you've got a little extra time off over the holiday's so... here's your chance to jump start that New Years resolution you're going to make about a healthier diet and some more exercise in 2018!

As always, check with your doctor to make sure you are in good enough shape for this, or any other workout program and make sure you warm up and stretch out before you jump in.  Plenty of water too.... here comes the 12 sweaty minutes!
