Time to step it up a little.  Becky is back with this week's installment of Fit and Healthy with Becky from The Gym in North Muskegon.  It's a workout involving some steps and a coupe of weights that will bring a little added something.


Becky is a personal trainer and works to keep her clients, and you...."Fit and Healthy".  If you work out along here on The Muskegon Channel or if you take her up on one of her classes at The Gym or The Muskegon Country Club, she'll devise a plan custom tailored to your needs and ability.  In a group setting or one on one, Becky is dedicated to making sure your road to better health is purpose driven, fun and directed.
