It's been a while since Becky did a Tabata style work out.  You know, where you do a burst of working out, followed up by a rest, then another burst of working out....it's a pacing system for your body designed to give you maximum impact when you are on a time crunch.  Quite honestly, who isn't on a time crunch anymore!

We decided to capitalize on another beautiful day and beautiful setting for the next few weeks.  We visited Norton Shores again and found a somewhat shady spot in Ross Park for the next few weeks.  We're on to episode 62 of Fit and Healthy With Becky on The Muskegon Channel!
