We're back at The Gym in North Muskegon!!  Fit and Healthy With Becky is Becky's way of adding a little something to your life by giving you a chance to get in a little better shape by following her expert advise and getting yourself rolling on a healthier lifestyle!  The workouts are simple and easy, although you should always consult a physician before starting this or any other exercise program.  Remember too, that it's important to warm up, stretch out and stay hydrated!
