You can improvise with things you might find around the house or if you'd like you can pick up some of the tools show shows you.  You can work out by yourself, you can gather some friends, or you can use these as a starter to maybe join up in one of her multiple weekly classes or, you can also get in touch with her if you think some one on one training might be needed.  No matter your path, Becky is simply amazing in her care, passion and desire to help anyone improve their personal best through fitness.

With any exercise program, you should always consult a physician before you start.  Always remember to warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water!
