New week, new month, new challenge!! Becky is coming at you with a new way to get moving and it's a matter of 5's!
You're only going to have to do 5 exercises. Simple enough. You're going to have to do them 5 times through. And you're going to have to do them in 30 second rounds. SO.....now you're sitting there thinking... "Hey, this sounded all like fun and games until that last two couple of ideas there..."
Well, here it is. It's important to shake things up once in a while. To push yourself, and to go a little harder. You're coming into the end of the year and it's time to burn up the end of the energy for the year.
