Fit and Healthy With Becky is on to Episode 79 on The Muskegon Channel!!  This time, it's called the "E-Mom" work out!  What does "E-Mom" mean?  Well, she's the professional so we're going to let her break it to you.  Let's just put it this way.  With Christmas coming next week, there's a sneaking suspicion that the intensity level is going up just a little bit and that YOU are in for some sweaty and heart pounding action.  Now, if you can manage to accomplish all you're assigned, you may very well get to catch your breath here and there in this weeks workout, but if you're lolly-gagging....you ain't getting off easy!

Always, remember to make sure you check with your doctor before you start this or any other workout program.  Warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water!
