Usually, it's a different discipline week to week, but BOOM! Becky is hitting you with back to back weeks of tabata!! You're working in bursts and you're doing 20 seconds on and 10 seconds recovery. Things are thawed out now and it's time for the rubber to hit the road when it comes to getting in shape for the Summer! This is a great way to get going in the privacy of your own home and when you get the knack, you can join up with Becky and one of her classes or...maybe a little one on one coaching!
