We're back at the beach, but...this time, it's with toys!  Becky is breaking out the TRX straps to get you up and moving this week!  Yes, this weeks episode is a little more advanced and some tools are needed, but let's say you're at home and want to participate and don't have the TRX equipment?  How about a towel or belt around and anchor point?  If there's a will, there's a way.  If you have the TRX equipment...great!  You're ready to go!
