It's a new week, it's a new month and it's a new, well, kinda new anyway work out.  Kinda in the respect that we've used dumbbells before of course, but there's always new ways to twist, turn, lift and maneuver and what's awesome about that?  You've got your very own personal trainer Becky from the Muskegon Channel to show you just how it's done!


We're back at The Gym in North Muskegon, it's our anchor workout spot, right there on the 4 Corners, and Becky is going to show you multiple ways to make 10 pounds go the furthest distance for you like you've never dreamed!  Like any workout, if you're doing it at home and don't have the equipment, that's ok, but a 10 pound dumbbell can cost you under $20 bucks and if that's a bit much, find something around the house that can add a little resistance to help your efforts!  In the long run, a little investment in yourself is a very small price to pay and the outcome will be so worth what you put in.
