Happy Monday!!  It's another day closer to the Holidays and we're still doing our very best to keep you in shape as the virtual holiday parties continue and the spirit of the season sweeps over us all, in what might be a little more laid back fashion this year, but the important thing to remember is that the spirit of the season isn't in a box or building, it's in your heart.  Keeping that heart healthy is what Becky is all about!  Your heart, and in this case, your waistline because Becky is busting out a core work out this week and working to keep YOU as fit as a fiddle over the holidays!

Hopefully, while the crowd might be a little smaller at your place for the holidays, the food will be just as good, and of course, you'll probably find that cookies and goodies are in plentiful supply as usual.  Pandemics don't necessarily stop a sweet tooth.  Well, it's ok to indulge a little, but remember where it all ends up!  Yep.  Around your midsection.  In this weeks work out, Becky is going to be showing you some great ways to strengthen and tone that area so those few extra bites of stuffing, or the couple extra gooey treats shouldn't be much of a problem at all!  Moderation is key, but it is 2020, so no one is really looking.

As with any exercise program, please consult a Dr. before you begin.  Make sure you drink plenty of water and remember to warm up and stretch out.  It's core intensity on episode 170 of Fit and Healthy With Becky on the Muskegon Channel.  Let's go!

Fa la la la la, la la la la! (How was that for singing?)  In other words, you did it!  Congrats!  Fit and Healthy With Becky has a new episode weekly right her on the website as well as on the Muskegon Channel for Roku or Amazon Fire TV.  We film at The Gym in North Muskegon which at the time of this filming was closed due to the pandemic.  All necessary precautions were met for filming and we hope that if your place for fitness is experiencing the same kinds of struggles that so many other small business are, that the work out here will get you by until everything can safely reopen and we can all get back to normal.
