One form, required to be filled out by both parties and submitted as opposed to mountains of subpoenas, questions of discovery, back and forth, round and round, up and down and yadda yadda yadda. This is a game changer in the simplification of the process of assets and liabilities and there's also a timeline in place to make things speed along in the process as well. From an attorney's perspective, it's a time saver, a reduction of the work load and it's a streamlining of the entire process that can help them better serve clients in an efficient and more cost effective manner. We even asked Shon if this will take away from the bottom line of the practice, and the answer was simple. "It's not about how much money I make, it's about how can I best serve my client." This new affidavit sure seems to be what's needed.
