Happy New Year!!  It's time to shake it off and move it on.  Did you make a resolution to be more fit?  Are you already committed to staying in the best shape you can regardless of whatever gets thrown your way?  Look at it like probably survived the worst year any of us will ever endure and you made it!  We all made it and we look back on the year that was and those we lost with reverence and hopefully some wisdom for the future.  All part of being Fit and Healthy. 


On to 2021 and Becky's not letting up!  Not only is she here with another year of challenging workouts that you can do anywhere, anytime, Mercy Health has generously come on board as a sponsor of her work to support a healthier Muskegon through Becky's efforts.  We're all remarkably proud to have her work recognized for it's benefits and reach and to know to that the value in what she's doing here on the Muskegon Channel is being seen on such a large scale!
