It's a new week with Caitlin Anderson and Tranquil Waves Yoga on the Muskegon Channel!  We'd like to welcome back the hundreds of viewers from week one as well as anyone who might be trying it out for the first time!  Hey, we promise ya.  This isn't the kind of yoga that's going to get you into any kind of weird cult or far off world.  This is practical stuff that's designed to help you out on a few different levels.

One, lets' get that body moving a little.  Some gentle stretching, some holding of position to help those tendons, muscles, ligaments and all that relax and retract a little.  It will do you some good.  Two, let's put a little calm in your life.  Everywhere we turn anymore seems to be chaos.  A few times a week to lower the din of life?  Sounds pretty good hey?  Three, your breathing and focus.  This might be part of the "traditional" stuff yoga is all about, but let's look at some facts.  Yoga... it's been around 5000 years, they must be doing something right. cait fb 2Tranquil Waves Yoga on Facebook

This week, Caitlin is going to show you Vinyasa.  Vinyasa is characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.  Ooh!  Motion and breathing all wrapped up in one!  The best part of this too, you can do it right at home where you don't have to worry about feeling awkward in a group.  You don't have to worry about the proper attire, your level of knowledge in the practice or anything else.  All you have to try!  We're pretty sure you're going to like it!

Like any of our health and fitness shows, please, consult a Dr. before you begin this or any workout.  Here comes Episode 2 of Tranquil Waves Yoga with Caitlin Anderson on The Muskegon Channel.

Nice huh? Great start to a Sunday and next week, we'll have more!  Caitlin is working remotely for now.  She's on her way to opening a studio at some point, and we're all about that.  She sees clients individually now through digital platforms if you are interested in a deeper experience and as the year of all things COVID passes and safe gatherings are once again among us, we'll keep you up to date on where and when you can connect with Caitlin.  For now, if you'd like more information, you can click on here logo below to visit her website and learn more about her offerings.  We'll see you next week on The Muskegon Channel.
