We hope your Sunday is met with peace and ease of mind.  Caitlin Anderson is here to add to it if so, and if not, maybe try what she's got going on this week with her yoga and find it.  It's a great way to let a little peace of mind in to your world while moving your body in a holistic approach to wellbeing.  One thing is for sure, she's out to show the world the benefits of this ancient art.

Last week, we gave you Sun Salutation A.  Yes, as you may guess, there's also a Sun Salutation B and that's this weeks episode.  Let's flash you back to last week quick though.  The Sun Salutation is also known as Surya Namaskar, is a traditional yoga practice that in today’s modern culture is made up of 12 poses that are linked together to form a flow.  Sun Salutations originate over 3,500 years ago and were traditionally a spiritual practice and used as a way to worship the sun, and therefore were traditionally practiced at sunrise.  In today’s culture, Sun Salutations are commonly used in yoga practice as a warm up or are intertwined into yoga routines, especially Vinyasa classes. cait poseTranquil Waves Yoga on Facebook

This week, the motion and procedure might be a little different but the idea is the same.  It's a new experience for so many, but for others who are familiar with yoga, it's a great refresher too.  Make sure you consult a Dr. before you begin this or any work out program, drink plenty of water too and work to clear your mind and hear what Caitlin is telling you about breathing, motion and the over all experience.

Try it daily. Try it virtually with some friends. Try it in the comfort of your own home, so when the time comes and you want more, and Caitlin opens her own studio...you'll fit right in and look like a pro.  Of course, it's not about how you look or who you're doing this with, it's about YOU.  How can you take charge of simple things in your life to self improvement?  Pretty hard to argue with centuries of those who have done just that through yoga.  Caitlin is here weekly, and she's also offering one on one virtual appointments for now if you care to go to the next level.  You can connect with her by visiting her website below.
