Winter finally hit us.  For some, enduring the pandemic has been hard.  The days grew short over the last few months and the never ending cycle of everything we see in traditional media......it's getting to the point of needing to blow off some serious steam and a stationary bike might not exactly be enough of a release.  It's time to use physical fitness to hit something!

Becky is breaking out the heavy bag this week and handing out a beating.  It involves, arms, legs, cardio and as you'll see in short notice, a remarkable amount of pretty good scrapping skills that Becky throws in for good measure.  We're not sure where she got the ideas for things like how to keep your protection up when you are striking or some of her other reference points, but one thing's for sure...after filming this one, no one was doing any kind of teasing around Becky anymore here.

Now, not everyone has a heavy bag around the house to lay a beating on, and that's ok.  The moves can be made minus the strike point.  The important thing....that you're doing them.  That's all.  Make sure you warm up, get stretched and consult a Dr. before you begin this or any other workout routine.  Drink plenty of water too, that's a very important part of all of it, and get ready...you can almost hear the "Round 1" bell in the background.  It's Episode 178 of Fit and Healthy With Becky on the Muskegon Channel!

Feel better? Kinda thought ya might.  If you'd like more, come on back and do it again.  Keep in mind too, that Fit and Healthy With Becky is available for the Muskegon Channel for Roku and Amazon Fire TV devices.  Becky is also back to small group work outs at The Gym in North Muskegon.  You can get more details on the graphic below and if you'd like to know more, click on it and it will take you to Becky's Facebook page where you can contact her directly and make arrangements!  Fit and Healthy By Becky on the Muskegon Channel is brought to you by Mercy Health.
